Conservation Easements

Conservation easements preserve the natural beauty of our land but can generate difficult legal issues. Our attorneys have experience both assisting with and drafting, negotiating, and closing conservation easement transactions. Among other accomplishments, our firm was instrumental in preparing a model conservation easement for use by the Georgia Greenspace Program, and has been a leader in designing and implementing conservation easements for numerous clients, and help manage and oversee clients and organizations who have some of the nations largest easements, some covering millions of acres.
