The firm is experienced in establishing mitigation banking programs. Such programs provide a means of offsetting the environmental impact of a project’s construction. For example, we helped establish a multi-million dollar mitigation fund providing grants to forest conservation projects across America’s heartland to compensate for the loss of interior forest caused by the expansive construction of one of North America’s largest pipelines.
