Michelle Koufman Presents “Digital Life After Death: Managing Your Social Media Presence”

Posted by DPSS Legal on 2.28.19

The Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association hosted DPSS Partner Michelle Koufman’s event, “Digital Life After Death: Managing Your Social Media Presence,” which examined what happens to the content we share on social media channels after we pass away. Highlighting the intersection of law, technology, and social media, the event explored how much control social media platforms, loved ones, and other social media users can have over an individual’s digital assets.

Michelle is the head of the firm’s trusts and estates department along with the subspecialty practice area, Intown Estate Planning for Parents. Please contact Michelle for more information on her services.
