Motion Pictures and Television

We assist clients in acquiring, licensing and selling multimedia content and negotiating production and distribution agreements with television networks (for single broadcasts, series broadcasts, and follow-on re-broadcasts of previously televised content). Additionally, the firm represents film production companies in negotiating contracts with talent and distributors in connection with making and global distribution of both major motion picture and documentary films. We also represent photographers and documentary filmmakers, helping them gain access to protected sites abroad and negotiating exhibition agreements with major museums on their behalf.
