DPSS partner Terry Pickren had an exciting end of 2016, closing several large deals benefiting a variety of clients. Outlined below are a few of he and his team’s most recent successes.
- Procured $15 million in SBA International Trade and USDA Business and Industry loans for a product development and manufacturing company of generic pharmaceutical drugs. This money will fund clinical trials and filing fees for new drugs, while retaining old and creating new jobs alike.
- Assisted with the closing of a $3-million deal for Habersham Metal Products Company, a Georgia metal products business that specializes in commercial security with an innovative security products line.
- Secured $11.745 million in SBA and USDA Business and Industry loans for Atlanta Motorsports Park, a green, sustainable motorsports park.
- Assisted with closing a loan that will help finance the opening and operation of a nursing home for parolees. The Bostick Nursing Center, located in Milledgeville, Georgia and opening early this year, will create a home for elderly ex-prisoners and relieve a financial burden on the state of Georgia, who may otherwise be forced to keep the inmates in prison.
As we gear up for the new year, DPSS would like to thank all if its clients. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to continuing to do so 2017.
