Patrick Sneed Joins Construction Industry Leaders at the 2016 ABA Forum on Construction Law

DPSS Partner Patrick Sneed attended the 40^th Annual American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, a three-day educational and professional development conference for construction lawyers in Nashville, Tennessee. The annual Forum attracts thousands of construction professionals seeking to strengthen their construction practice through issue-focused programs and presentations. Each year, members attend seminars concentrated on legal issues affecting the construction industry and workshops designed to improve construction law and practice. This year, attendees had the special opportunity to examine the development of construction law over the past 40 years from industry leaders who have contributed to its evolution.
