- Began representation of luxury sports car dealer for general business matters;
- General representation of national restaurant franchises on corporate and real estate matters;
- Continued to serve one of the nation’s leading cellular tower developers, including its sales of multiple towers to SBA communications and its continued development of various projects throughout the United States;
- Represented purchasers in acquisition of premier properties, including one of the largest ranches in South Dakota that has been featured in both television and motion pictures, most famously the 1990 film “Dances with Wolves”;
- Continued general representation of a world-renown non-profit with an operating budget of $150 million dollars, and assisted with the legal framework for some of its charitable projects across the globe;
- Assisted clients transitioning to, or currently operating, sustainable business facilities;
- Finalized commercial transaction on major parcel in large, metropolitan city;
- Protected intellectual property rights for clients by registering and maintaining trademarks; and,
- Numerous other matters.
DPSS also furthers sustainability, philanthropy, and clean technology through its clients. Some examples include:
- Aiding a client in securing the financing mechanism to unlock the second phase of Atlanta’s activity in the Better Buildings Challenge to maintain the city’s lead in the nation.
- Atlanta is the leading city for participating square feet, with 93.5 million reported at the end of 2014 and more to be announced from 2015.

- Facilitating a client’s new partnership with an Atlanta school to install solar arrays on the roof to help the school foster a sustainable, educational environment.
DPSS continued its representation of Atlantis, Paradise Island in connection with its fifth annual Battle 4 Atlantis men’s college basketball tournament. Competitors included: Charlotte, Gonzaga, Michigan, Syracuse, Texas, Texas A&M, UConn, and Washington. Syracuse defeated Texas A&M to win the championship game. Sponsors included Coca-Cola.
