Robert M. Hamilton

Associate

Robert M. Hamilton joined Davis, Pickren, Seydel, & Sneed, LLP in August 2022 as an Associate with the Real Estate Practice Group.

Robert has been practicing law since 2021 focusing on both residential real estate and commercial lending transactions. Currently, his practice is concentrated on secured lending with an emphasis on government-guaranteed lending to include the U.S. Small Business Administration 7(a) lending program.

Robert graduated from St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, North Carolina with a degree in Political Science in 2017. Thereafter, he attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where he was nominated as a member of the Moot Court and received his J.D. in 2020. Robert was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2021.

Robert and wife Tarryn live in northwest Atlanta. He is active in the community as the member of the Board of Directors for School Is In, a charity which focuses on providing teachers with grants for specialized classroom projects in underserved communities in the Atlanta area. In his free time, he and his wife enjoy converting vehicles into camper vans and kayaking the Chattahoochee River.
