Holly Salimi

Associate

Holly Salimi joined Davis, Pickren, Seydel & Sneed, LLP in September 2018 and is an associate in the litigation practice group.

Holly is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law (J.D. 2018), where she served as Class Senator of the Student Bar Association and head of the Marketing Committee for the annual Public Interest Law Association Auction. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from Georgia State University (B.A. 2012) and Graphic Design Certificate from Savannah College of Art and Design. An Atlanta native, Holly was the founder and chief executive officer of an Atlanta-based marketing and design firm prior to attending law school. In that role, she became familiar with the legal concerns of small businesses, including issues relating to contractual relations, entity formation and management.

Holly lives in Atlanta with her fiance and their dog, Moosh.

Representative Experience:

  • Represented creditors and lenders in the recovery of defaulted loans and unpaid interest.
  • Represented contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in contractual disputes in numerous jurisdictions nationwide.
  • Represented creditor’s interests in bankruptcy matters, including adversary proceedings and lien avoidance actions.
  • Represented clients in many types of civil litigation matters, ranging from landlord/tenant disputes, to real property litigation and secured lending litigation.
